I am a proactive and experienced Human Resources professional. I am graduated in HR and I have experience in different areas as Competence Manager, HR Business Partner, transnational recruitment, payroll, change management and people development. I am dynamic, self-motivated, innovative, enthusiastic and seeking to gain further experience in HR field.
E X P E R I E N C E
- Managing competences and learning transversal activities of Airframe Engineering departments (+5.000 employees).
- Ensuring Engineering departments alignment to the Airbus competences strategy and continuous improvement of potential process changes.
- Ensuring the implementation of new competences catalogue and supporting the business at transnational and local level.
- Data analysis of competences gaps for anticipating the Airframe Engineering strategy.
- Managing all HR matters of +250 employees (engineers and technician profiles) in different industrial plants.
- Responsible for talent management, employee performance & development, training, recruitment & mobility and employees lifecycle at all levels.
- Following performance review & calibration, objective setting & review, career aspiration & development needs, salary review and employee competences.
- Driving the execution of HR business policies and plans to the management.
- Controlling absenteeism, headcount evolution, extra hours and others HR critic aspects.
- Assisting HR Business Partners of Illescas Plant in different industrial areas and Lean Manufacturing department.
- Supporting shop floor employees with legal advices according to Spanish law and Airbus collective agreement, supporting engagement actions, reporting monthly absenteeism, following up hiring, recruitment and selection process.
- Collaborating with shared services as AGPS, Health & Safety and Medical Services.
- I was also immersed in some projects as People Engagement, Team Leader Empowerment, Participation & Engagement and the HR Innovation Lab.
- Conducting the full recruitment process (from job publication until contract offer).
- Controlling the Health and Safety UK Law.
- Re-organisation of HR filing system on manual basis and overhaul of computer filing system of HR.
- Carrying out induction training for all newcomers.
- Updating all personnel records (attendance and holiday monitor).
Publishing the job offers, contacting with suitable candidates, conducting interviews, managing internships, payroll and legal advisor.
